– The company is advised to refer to the business professions defined in Decision No. 27/2018/QD-TTg dated July 6, 2018, issued by the Prime Minister on the Vietnam Economic Sector System (The company can refer to the profession in detail under the industry code 6820 Real estate consulting, brokerage, auction, auction of land use rights).
– The documentation, procedures, and sequence for changing business professions are carried out according to the regulations in Article 56 of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP on enterprise registration.
