Our company is a foreign-invested enterprise and has opened a direct investment capital account. I’d like to know if it’s necessary to inform the Authority of Planning and Investment about this bank account?
Answer:
In case the enterprise updates the information about its bank account, it is required to submit a Notification of Tax Information Change using Form II-1 – Circular 02/2019/TT-BKHĐT. In cases where the applicant is not the legal representative, a power of attorney for the person submitting the application along with a valid copy of the ID card/citizen identification card/passport of the person submitting the application should be provided.
